DesignThe iBUYPOWER Trace 9230 comes in a stylish case that screams gaming. Gaming desktops come with the sportiest designs and this one is no different. To be honest, this one here is a bit of minimalist in the list. The front of the cabinet has a nice curve to it with a couple of LED strips that can be customized to a color of your choice. The tempered glass panel on the side gives a gorgeous view of what’s going on the inside. With a ton of lighting that can be changed to suit your mood and need, this one’s definitely a showoff. The glass is a lot stronger than the ones you usually get and dropping it once or twice won’t cause much of a damage. Being a gaming machine, the desktop comes with liquid cooling which is nice. You can see the pipes through the glass window. In addition to the liquid cooling, there are slits for hot air to escape on the front face of the case. There are similar hot air outlets on the top and on the back as well. The magnetic dust remover is a nice touch and is very easy to clean. The keyboard and the mouse we get here are pretty neat for gaming. The keyboard is nice to type on and comes with good key travel. The WASD and the arrow keys are colored along with a few other keys as well. There are also some keys that can be customized for gaming as well. A nice touch here is that they’ve included the number pad as well. The gaming mouse is pretty good to use too.
